We also collect basic technical information when you visit the site, such as browser type, IP address and pages viewed, through our hosting provider's logs. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers.

We keep messages and bookings for as long as we are in conversation with you or have a business reason to keep them, and delete them on request. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for its standard short period.

8. Cookies
Karez does not set cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies, and the booking page opened from "Get in touch" is run by Google and may set Google's cookies. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
9. Children's Privacy
The site is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International Transfers
Karez operates in the United States and your information is processed there. If you visit from elsewhere, you understand it will be handled in the United States under this policy.
